Laughter, Spirits, and A Modern Day Heroine

It's always nice to see our business community come together for a festive, no-work-allowed event and our 2019 Annual Banquet gave them that opportunity! From the jovial bartenders of XYZ Spirits to the hospitable staff of Countryside Catering, we wanted our guests to feel relaxed and to have a great time. Nashville entertainer Patrick Henry had them laughing with jokes to which we can all relate. He also was able to bring a timely message for us all--going above and beyond what your customer expects. The Duke Energy Citizenship Award was presented to none-other-than community leader and Chamber board member Dawna Ledbetter for her incredible work and personal investment in our community. And our current Board Chair, Walt Bagwell outlined some of his priorities for the coming year.
