Save $$$ On Your Energy Bill and Energy Upgrades
Are you looking to lower your business's energy bills, and looking for ways to get it paid for?
In this Networking Luncheon, we will discuss grant funding opportunities for lighting and insulation upgrades, solar PV renewable energy systems, and more through the USDA Rural Energy for America Program (REAP).
Tax incentives and utility rebates/programs that may be available in your area will be discussed, including the Duke Small Business Energy Saver Program.
Come and learn what energy programs your business can qualify for and save $$$ on those bills!
Presenter Alex Arnold coordinates the WNC Energy Cost-share Assistance Program (energyCAP), a 33-county nonprofit project that provides guidance to farms and small businesses in accomplishing their energy goals.
He has a Master's degree in Sustainable Technology from Appalachian State University, and lives in Madison County. He will present on behalf of Mountain Valleys Resource Conservation and Development Council.
